Thailand Privilege Card Guide 2026-2027
Thailand Privilege Card
The Thailand Privilege Card is a government-backed membership programme that grants long-term residency in Thailand through a Privilege Entry Visa — in exchange for a single membership fee. That is the entire requirement. No minimum income. No asset disclosure. No employment history. No annual renewal paperwork.
Members receive a multi-entry visa valid for 5 to 20 years depending on their chosen tier, fast-track immigration at Thailand’s major international airports, a dedicated personal assistant service, and access to a curated programme of lifestyle privileges across five categories: Stay, Travel, Leisure, Health & Wellbeing, and Wealth. With nearly 40,000 members globally, the programme has become the preferred long-stay solution for those who want Thailand without the bureaucracy.

01 Benefits Every Member Receives
Regardless of tier — these privileges come with every Thailand Privilege Card
All five tiers of the Thailand Privilege Card — from Bronze through to Reserve — include the following core benefits as standard. These are not add-ons or upgrades; they are guaranteed from the moment your membership is confirmed.
1) VIP Airport Fast-Track
Unlimited access to the Premium Lane for immigration at Suvarnabhumi, Phuket, and Chiang Mai airports. No queues. No waiting. A dedicated Personal Assistant meets you at the gate and escorts you through arrival and departure formalities.
2) Multi-Entry Privilege Entry Visa
A government-issued Privilege Entry Visa valid for the full duration of your membership tier — 5 to 20 years. Multiple entry, each granting a 1-year extendable stay. Travel in and out of Thailand without restriction.
3) 24/7 Member Contact Centre
Round-the-clock access to the Thailand Privilege Card Company’s member services team. Assistance with immigration questions, appointments, logistics, and day-to-day life in Thailand.
4) 90-Day Reporting Assistance
Thai immigration requires foreign residents to report every 90 days. Thailand Privilege handles this on your behalf at their Sathorn headquarters — you drop off your documents and they do the rest.
5) Bank Account Opening Support
Dedicated assistance opening a Thai bank account — one of the more administratively complex steps for new residents in Thailand.
6) Thai Driver’s Licence Assistance
Support with obtaining a Thai driving licence through the TPC network.
7) Partner Discounts & Lifestyle Benefits
Access to an extensive network of partner discounts across hotels, restaurants, golf courses, wellness centres, and retail — active across Thailand from day one of membership.
02 The Privilege Points System
Gold tier and above — a lifestyle currency redeemable across five categories
From Gold tier upwards, members receive an annual allocation of Privilege Points — a lifestyle currency redeemable across Thailand’s finest hotels, golf courses, spas, restaurants, and wellness facilities. Points are allocated annually for the duration of your membership and can be redeemed across five categories.
Gold: 20 pts / year
Platinum: 35 pts / year
Diamond: 55 pts / year
Reserve: 120 pts / year
What Can Points Be Redeemed For?
1) Stay
Complimentary hotel nights, room upgrades, and extended stays at partner properties across Thailand.
2) Travel
Luxury airport transfers, limousine services, and domestic flight upgrades.
3) Leisure
Golf rounds at Thailand’s premier courses, spa treatments, dining credits, cinema tickets, and event access.
4) Health & Wellbeing
Annual health check-ups at Bumrungrad International Hospital and Bangkok Hospital, dental care, and wellness consultations.
5) Wealth
Financial and investment consultations, legal services, and premium concierge support.
03 Membership Tiers
Five levels — from entry access to lifetime luxury
Each tier offers the same core privileges, a longer visa validity, and a growing allocation of Privilege Points and lifestyle extras. Choose the tier that matches how long you plan to stay and the level of service you want.
1) BRONZE
650,000฿ — €17,000
5 years
Privilege Points: None
The most accessible entry point into the Thailand Privilege programme, available as a limited-time offer until September 2026. Bronze delivers every core benefit — fast-track airport immigration, 90-day reporting assistance, bank account support, and partner discounts — without the Privilege Points system. An excellent solution for those who want long-term Thai residency at a straightforward, no-frills price point. Family members cannot be added at this tier.
Best for: First-time Thailand residents, digital nomads, frequent visitors who value airport fast-track above all else.
2) GOLD
900,000฿ — €24,000
5 years
Privilege Points: 20 pts / year
Gold introduces the full Privilege Points system — 20 points per year redeemable across hotel stays, golf, spa, transfers, and health services. The annual point allocation provides meaningful lifestyle value over a 5-year membership. Gold members gain access to the complete concierge experience of the Thailand Privilege Card Company. Family members cannot be added at this tier.
Best for: Long-stay residents and frequent visitors who want points-based lifestyle benefits alongside their visa.
3) PLATINUM
1,500,000฿ — €40,000
10 years
Privilege Points: 35 pts / year
Platinum is the most popular tier for families and long-term residents. The 10-year validity removes the need to think about visa renewal for a decade, and family members can be added at ■1,000,000 per person. The 35 annual points unlock annual health check-ups at Bumrungrad and Bangkok Hospital as standard, alongside a full suite of lifestyle privileges. The per-year cost makes Platinum highly competitive against annual visa alternatives.
Best for: Families, retirees, and long-term residents seeking a decade of stability with premium lifestyle benefits.
4) DIAMOND
2,500,000฿ — €67,000
15 years
Privilege Points: 55 pts / year
Diamond provides 15 years of uninterrupted Thai residency with 55 annual Privilege Points — unlocking an expanded range of luxury transfers, premium golf access, VIP sports tickets, and exclusive event invitations. Family add-ons are available at ■1,500,000 per member. Diamond is designed for those who regard Thailand as a primary or secondary home and want the full spectrum of privileges to match.
Best for: High-net-worth individuals and families for whom Thailand is a primary lifestyle base.
5) RESERVE
5,000,000฿ — €135,000
20 years
Privilege Points: 120 pts / year
By invitation only. Reserve is the pinnacle of the Thailand Privilege programme — a 20-year membership with 120 annual Privilege Points, the highest concierge service level, and bespoke privileges tailored to each member’s lifestyle. Family add-ons are available at ■2,000,000 per member. Reserve members represent Thailand’s most committed long-term foreign residents and are treated accordingly at every touchpoint.
Best for: Ultra-high-net-worth individuals committed to Thailand as a long-term home, by invitation.
■ Note
The Bronze tier is a limited-time offer, currently available until September 2026. Confirm availability before applying. All prices listed are one-time membership fees — non-refundable and non-transferable. Family add-on pricing is available from Platinum tier upward.
04 Bringing Your Family
Family add-ons available from Platinum tier upward
The Thailand Privilege Card allows the primary member to include immediate family members — a spouse or civil partner, children, stepchildren, and legal parents — under the same programme at an additional membership fee. Family members receive the same visa validity and core benefits as the primary member. Same-sex marriages and civil partnerships are accepted under the programme.
Family Add-On Eligibility
| Tier | Standard Family Add-On | Eligible Family Members |
|---|---|---|
| Bronze | Not available | — |
| Gold | Not available | — |
| Platinum | ■1,000,000 per person | Spouse, children, stepchildren, parents |

Family Add-On Note
Family membership duration matches the primary applicant’s tier validity. A child who reaches adulthood during the membership period will need to transition to their own visa arrangement. As an exclusive Thailand Privilege Card representative, MP Real Estate can assist you and your family through the full application process — from selecting the right tier to receiving your visa.
05 How to Join
The Thailand Privilege Card application is one of the simplest long-stay visa processes available in Thailand. There are no income thresholds, no asset statements, and no employment history to provide. The requirements are minimal by design.
01 Choose your tier
Select the membership level that suits your lifestyle and intended length of stay.
02 Submit your application
Complete the online application at the official Thailand Privilege website. Provide a valid passport, a recent photo, and a criminal background check from your home country.
03 Background check
The Thailand Privilege Card Company conducts a standard security clearance. This typically takes 4–6 weeks and is straightforward for the vast majority of applicants.
04 Receive approval & pay
On approval, you transfer the full membership fee to the designated government account. Payment confirms your membership.
05 Collect your visa
You receive an official approval letter, which you use to collect your Privilege Entry Visa at the nearest Thai embassy or on arrival in Thailand. Your Personal Assistant is available from this point onward.
Almost all nationalities are eligible — no age restriction, no income requirement, and no need to already be in Thailand. Existing Thailand Elite Visa holders can upgrade to the new Privilege Card tiers with the upgrade fee waived in 2025. As an exclusive Thailand Privilege Card representative, MP Real Estate manages your application from start to finish — tier selection, document preparation, submission, and follow-up through to visa reception.
